Authentic Living Psychotherapy
Helping you love your most authentic self, and live a life of integrity and meaning
Are you exhausted by being stuck in your own head all the time?
Maybe you’re constantly worrying, overthinking, people-pleasing, obsessing, emotionally shutting down, or struggling with food and body image. Maybe you’ve been through things that still affect you more than anyone realizes.
You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone.

I am committed to helping you heal from various life and mental health challenges, including traumatic experiences, a difficult relationship with food and body, and constant worrying. My aim is to guide you toward self-acceptance and living a life aligned with your values. Through compassion and evidence-based practices, I walk alongside you with respect, supporting your journey to fulfillment and self-empowerment.
As a dedicated trauma therapist, I bring extensive clinical experience, committed to fostering healing and resilience among those navigating the complexities of trauma, including survivors of abuse. I also address a variety of challenges, such as Eating Disorders & Body-Image issues, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety-related disorders. I specialize in a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Recently, I have begun incorporating an optional gentle version of boxing into trauma therapy, offering a unique and empowering modality.
By tailoring these approaches to each client's unique needs, I aim to empower individuals on their journey towards recovery, helping them build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
